Items purchased online for local pickup may be returned for a refund within 10 days or store credit within 30 days.
Products must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized.
Items exempt from returns or exchanges include: gift cards, workshops, some heath & personal care items, perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.), face masks, sale items, furniture, rugs, custom made and special order items, and bulk orders of pots/planters exceeding 6 units. All swim is final sale.
