Pigment is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team!
This full-time role is delivery-focused, supporting our three San Diego retail shops by transporting plants, gifts, and curated goods from our warehouse — with some hands-on warehouse support mixed in. You may also help with plant pickups from local nurseries.If you enjoy being on the road, working hands-on, and being part of a growing local retail company, we’d love to hear from you. 

Green Educator
We are hiring for our Green Educator position! You'll get to work closely with all our beautiful plant specimen! Responsibilities include:

• Plant Care
• Creating our signature, beautiful plantings
• Assisting customers with any plant needs and questions
• Creating an educational and collaborative environment
• Guiding customers through plant related workshops and events

Extensive plant knowledge is not required, just an interest in learning!

Senior Sales Associate
