Join Asia Feiss of AMI Fitness in an evening Burn & Build workout class, outside on our beautiful Point Loma Patio. Cool down from your workout with some local refreshments and some shopping.
Burn and Build Description: When HIIT loses its jumping and Sculpt adds muscle toning and strength we find ourselves in our new favorite format, Build and Burn. Build and Burn, a format designed by AMI Fitness, combines interval style reps broken up by maximum toning holds. Your perfect hybrid full body workout only needs you, a towel, your mat, some water, and good energy!
Asia Feiss, creator and founder of AMI (All Motion In-Bodied) Fitness brings over a decade of experience, training and knowledge from the health and wellness industry to the San Diego fitness community. As an avid athlete and fitness enthusiast Asia currently teaches a broad range of fitness classes across San Diego's top gyms. Asia is dedicated to creating a racially, gendered, sexually and size inclusive fitness community. Her commitment to making collaborative fitness communities accessible to previously excluded populations led her to launching her own fitness platform earlier this year, AMI Fitness. In addition to getting or giving a good sweat Asia loves, cooking, reading, plants, traveling and especially walking her pup to Pigment.

Most items purchased online though the Pigment website may be returned for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Online returns are subject to a $9 processing fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Items purchased in store may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 30 days.
Items purchased online for local pickup may be returned for a refund within 10 days or store credit within 30 days.
Products must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized.
Items exempt from returns or exchanges include: gift cards, workshops, some heath & personal care items, perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.), face masks, sale items, furniture, rugs, custom made and special order items, and bulk orders of pots/planters exceeding 6 units. All swim is final sale.
