"This was a nice event I brought my sisters to. We got some history/info on tequila and also fresh local ingredients. All the ingredients we were given for the drinks were procured and made by the teachers. They had 3 drinks we learned how to make and they were all tasty and seasonal. I had a great time learning, mixing and hanging out. One advice I would give, there weren't any sinks as it's on the Pigment side porch (large area). There were different pulps and whatnot from previous drinks in the shakers. The only way to clean them was a little water from a bottle. Maybe bring new shakers for each drink if there is not an efficient way to clean them or have some kind of little cleaning system."
