Most items purchased online though the Pigment website may be returned for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Online returns are subject to a $9 processing fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Items purchased in store may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 30 days.
Items purchased online for local pickup may be returned for a refund within 10 days or store credit within 30 days.
Products must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized.
Items exempt from returns or exchanges include: gift cards, workshops, some heath & personal care items, perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.), face masks, sale items, furniture, rugs, custom made and special order items, and bulk orders of pots/planters exceeding 6 units.
