SOOO Cute & Fluffy
"According to my niece, who loved it! Previously I gave this 1 star because they said it shipped to my niece but it never arrived. I didn't realize it until I remembered to check the tracking a week later, ad my niece didn't know it was coming. I emailed Customer Service and they immediately sent a replacement, which my niece received within 2 or 3 days. 4 stars for excellent Customer Service and the product itself. Would have been 5 stars if she gotten it the first time for Easter, but I won't hesitate to shop at Pigment again. :)"
