We're delighted to welcome the founder of Flamingo Estate to our One Paseo shop for an exclusive signing of his newest cookbook, Sunny Side Up.

Sunny Side Up is Flamingo Estate's newest recipe guide, a love letter to Summer with 140 pages of their favorite, most-requested hot-weather recipes.  The ones made for lazy lunches in the garden, breakfasts that turn into brunch, and dinners that begin outside before the light softens. Every one is tried and true, cooked over and over at the Estate.  Some are their own, others borrowed from friends and scribbled on paper until the next weekend.
