Items purchased in store may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 30 days.
Items purchased online for local pickup may be returned for a refund within 10 days or store credit within 30 days.
Products must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized.

"I had 2 bowlers and I feel like they did not suit my needs. This one however is perfect for me. Love that it’s only 1 strap and can be converted to a crossbody.
