Request a Return

Please review our policies below:

We have a 30 day return policy so most items may be returned in store or online for a refund within 30 days of delivery. For orders returned to our warehouse by mail a $9 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount and the original shipping amount will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer will be responsible for arranging equivalent packaging (both external box and protective materials). Fragile items that were not properly repackaged and arrive to us damaged will not be refunded. Your original packing slip must also be included.

One received and inspected, you will receive an email letting you know if your return was accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 3 business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.

Items purchased in store may be returned to any of our locations for store credit and must be returned within 30 days. We are unable to process returns by mail for items purchased in store.

 

Furniture Return Policy

We extend a 30-day return policy for items in sellable condition and with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is processed, a shipping label will be provided, or pickup scheduled. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer will be responsible for arranging equivalent packaging (both external box and protective materials). Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered may not be accepted.

Your original method of payment will be refunded once items are received, inspected, and processed at our warehouse. Once approved, we will send an email confirmation – please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card.

Product Variation

Because we work with natural materials, certain distressing and/or inconsistencies may be part of the design and uniqueness of the product. These are not considered damages. Additionally, every screen displays color differently. Therefore, Woven assumes no liability for variations between the actual product coloring and how it is displayed on a screen.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

We are unable to accept the returns of physical or e-gift cards, plants, food and beverage items, certain health & wellness items, face masks, rugs, custom/special order items, or bulk orders of pots/planters exceeding 6 units.

The easiest and fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return and place a separate order for the item you’d like.

If you selected shipping protection at checkout and your order is missing or arrived damaged, please claim your package at reorder.corso.com as soon as possible and a replacement or refund will be processed for you. 

If shipping protection was not selected at checkout, please inspect your packaged upon delivery and let us know if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect as soon as possible. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. We do require photos of any damage to products and/or packaging. Please keep all damaged packing materials and boxes along with all inside contents so that we are able to process a claim with the carrier.

Pigment is not responsible for lost orders submitted with incorrect information or for packages missing once in the shipping carrier's possession or stolen. We suggest purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout for a small percentage of your order total. Most orders will be replaced or refunded. Please click here to submit your claim.

To request a return:

1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
6. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
