To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below. In all cases, natural materials prefer simple cleaners and mild castile soap applied with a natural fiber cloth or sponge.

Keep covered during inclement weather and store indoors while not in use. When placing rattan outside, which we encourage, expect the solid rattan pole and rattan peel to grey and gather dirt, dust and moss. We recommend washing products with a high-pressure combination or water and soap flake or mild detergent. Use a sponge and WOCA Exterior Deep Cleaner if you are looking for an off-the-shelf product. Rattan will grey eventually if not refinished, but the structural integrity of the material is not diminished given how fibrous rattan is. Natural materials are expected to grey or patina over time.

Most items purchased online though the Pigment website may be returned for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Online returns are subject to a $9 processing fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Items purchased in store may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 30 days.

Items purchased online for local pickup may be returned for a refund within 10 days or store credit within 30 days.

Products must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized. 

Items exempt from returns or exchanges include: gift cards, workshops, some heath & personal care items, perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.), face masks, sale items, furniture, rugs, custom made and special order items.
