Beer + Cheese
Last Thursday we held our very first book signing event at our new space! Janet Fletcher, author of the (ever-so-awesome!) book Cheese & Beer, came to hang out and educate us on pairing craft beer (thanks Bottlecraft!) and fine cheeses (thanks Venissimo cheese!)

Bottlecraft owner Brian (rocking the black Bottlecraft Tee at the tasting) said: "Beer is just a natural pairing with cheese. And actually a lot of brewers make cheese as well. Like Chimay makes cheese, and they make great beer, too. I think it's a natural fit. Some beers go better with cheese than wines would. But that's an argument that will go on forever."
