Our one true olive! USDA and CCOF certified organic! Crafted in collaboration with Kathryn Tomajan using organic Arbosana & Koroneiki olives grown by the Ricchiuti family at ENZO Olive Oil Company in Madera, CA. Pineapple Collective's blend is made with organic Arbosana and Koroneiki olives.
Tasting | Notes of green tea, grass, and ripe apple with a slightly peppery finish
While olives might love the sun, olive oil isn't such a fan. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, and use within 1 year of opening. 2021 Harvest, 18-24 month shelf-life. Fun fact: The Pineapple Collective's tins have 33.33% more oil than other specialty brands on the market! And we pine for every last drop.

Most items purchased online though the Pigment website may be returned for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Online returns are subject to a $9 processing fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Products must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized.
