Shipping Policy

Pigment can ship to all states in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to most international addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If an order is refused by Pigment, a refund will be issued in full.

Expedited (1-3 day processing | 2-3 day transit)
Standard (1-3 day processing | 3-5 day transit)

Shipping processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do our best to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business, and are available at support@shoppigment.com to help with anything you might need.

Please note that once your package is with our carrier, we are unable to make changes to your order, delivery address, or shipping speed. Please be sure to double check all of your delivery information and selected shipping speed before completing checkout as we may not be able to make changes once your order is placed.


Shipping Protection
Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, no matter how hard we try! We suggest purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout for a small percentage of your order total. This ensures that most orders will be replaced or refunded should your package arrive damaged or go missing.
