Pigment can ship to all states in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to most international addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If an order is refused by Pigment, a refund will be issued in full.

Please note that once your package is with our carrier, we are unable to make changes to your order, delivery address, or shipping speed. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, no matter how hard we try! We suggest purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout for a small percentage of your order total. This ensures that most orders will be replaced or refunded should your package arrive damaged or go missing.
