Payment and delivery every 30 days

Subscribers will be charged for and receive one plant and one pot each month for the duration of their subscription. Choose a pot color to receive each month or update your color preference before the next shipment. 

New subscribers will be charged the first payment at the time of initial purchase. Repeat subscription orders will charge on the 1st of each month and orders will be fulfilled within one week of billing.

New subscription orders received by the last day of the month will ship the following month and that charge will be skipped. Your next charge will be month two. 

SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the charge date. 

You may skip a month or cancel anytime. Cancellations must process before the last day of each month. 

If you’d like to change the size of your plant or the color of your pot you may do so prior to the next charge.

The 4” subscription includes one plant in a nursery pot measuring 4” diameter and a ceramic pot with saucer measuring 4.5” diameter.

The 6” subscription includes one plant in a nursery pot measuring 6” diameter and a ceramic pot with saucer measuring 6.5” diameter.

Plants included in the subscription will be a mix of plants offered on our site along with specialty plants not available for individual purchase. We do our best to not repeat plants in a 12 month period.

Plant subscriptions can only be shipped within the continental US. We are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time. 

Most items purchased online though the Pigment website may be returned for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Online returns are subject to a $9 processing fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Items purchased in store may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 30 days.

Items purchased online for local pickup may be returned for a refund within 10 days or store credit within 30 days.

Products must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized. 

Items exempt from returns or exchanges include: gift cards, workshops, some heath & personal care items, perishable goods (food, beverages, plants, etc.), face masks, sale items, furniture, rugs, custom made and special order items.
