Shipping  

Pigment offers free shipping on all orders via USPS Parcel Post, which usually takes between seven to ten days to arrive. For $5, orders will be sent via USPS Priority mail, which usually takes between two to three days to arrive. For $25, orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail, which usually takes one day to arrive. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following business day. After placing your order, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number. Pigment reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case you will be notified.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 10 days of the original invoice and items must be unused and in original packaging. Please ship return items to Pigment, ATTN: Returns, 3827 30^th St., San Diego, CA 92104. Please include the original packing slip with your return. It is recommended that you insure your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Once we receive the package, we will credit the original form of payment within five business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received this information.

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer straight exchanges. To exchange an item, simply follow the return process and then place a new order.

Order Cancellation 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. Email info@shoppigment.com to cancel your order. 

Sales Tax 

7.75% sales tax will be charged to orders billed within California. 

Recycling 

Please note that Pigment strives to be as environmentally friendly as possible when shipping. This means that your order will most likely come in a box that is being reused.
