The Mast Brothers are the only bean-to-bar producer in New York City and they have converted a 100-year old factory in Williamsburg into a real life chocolate factory. Their process begins with cacao beans from small family farms in Madagascar, Venezuela, and Ecuador that then make their way to Brooklyn. From the Reserve Collection, the Black Truffle Chocolate Bar is a dark chocolate made with black truffles from the forests of Italy and sea salt from the coast of Maine.
